SOME of Harry Potter's magic could be coming to North Wales.
The Daily Post has discovered that location manager for the new block-buster The Prisoner of Azkaban has spent a week in Snowdonia to check on possible set venues.
The movie reunites Daniel Radcliffe as Harry, Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley, Emma Watson as Hermione Granger while Richard Harris plays Albus Dumbledore. It also introduces new characters from Hogwarts School.
Jayne Wainwright, of the Tyn-y-Coed Hotel, Capel Curig, which has played host to many of the Tomb Raider 2 production team currently in North Wales said they had talked freely in the bar about returning to Snowdonia in January to work on the film adaptation of JK Rowling's third best-selling book.
Last night, a Warner Brothers spokesman refused to confirm or deny the Snowdonia location.
