Lime Street a prime terror target

Latest CCTV to be installed
NETWORK Rail runs 17 major stations across the country, but Lime Street is the only one without CCTV cameras.
Manchester Piccadilly had a multi-million pound overhaul before the city hosted the C-monwealth Games in 2002.
That included cameras which can zoom in on every part of the station. Lime Street will get the same digital equipment.
Security was also looked into at Manchester Piccadilly and the platforms made less accessible, something now being considered for Lime Street.
Network Rail looks after the main stations in London and their security is reviewed at regular intervals.
Story continues
They are all part of a huge CCTV camera network.
A Network Rail spokes-woman said: "We realise the importance of CCTV cameras and they will be installed at Lime Street.
"We have not always had the running of the station, but it will now come into line with major stations across England.
"Network Rail is committed to providing the best service for passengers and this will help improve that.
"The CCTV at Lime Street will be digital and virtually the same as that at Manchester Piccadilly and in London."
