A LIVERPOOL man was arrested on the Isle of Man after £55,000 of cocaine and cannabis was seized.
Police stopped two men as they walked down a country track in the East Baldwin area of the island at 6.30pm yesterday.
A 25-year-old man from Aintree was detained, along with a man, 23, from Douglas, the island’s capital, on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to supply.
Another man, 26, from the island, was detained in Peel later in the evening.
Last year Isle of Man police launched a crackdown on Liverpool dealers.
