ONE OF Wirral’s leading chocolatiers is closing his business because of the recession.
Tom Lang bought the established chocolate shop Sarjeants in Hoylake 10 years ago, but says he cannot survive the economic downturn.
He has sold off his equipment and is selling his remaining stock and expects to close by Christmas.
It will end the 26 years of the shop and chocolate factory on Birkenhead Road in Hoylake.
