JENNIFER Ellison's fiance is being investigated by police following the Hell's Kitchen star's 21st birthday bash.
Tony Richardson is alleged to have used force against freelance reporter James Fox, 23, during Ellison's 21st party at trendy London bar Jewel.
Fox, who says he was trying to interview the star's fiance, claims Richardson bent his hand back while a friend of his went through his pockets for his minidisc recorder.
The reporter claims the item was later returned to him but was broken.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan police said: "An allegation of theft has been made by a 23-year-old in relation to a minidisc player. We are investigating."
