THE boyfriend of pop star Jennifer Ellison admitted his guilt yesterday after screaming abuse at police when they stopped him for parking on a double yellow line.

Tony Richardson, 25, was "extremely aggressive" to police when they spoke to him as he and Ellison sat in their silver Range Rover in Liverpool.

"Remember my f-----g face, I'll remember you, what's your number? Don't forget I'll remember you," he screamed at a female officer after being arrested, Liverpool Magistrates Court heard.

TV celebrity Ellison, a former actress on Brookside and winner of TV reality show, Hell's Kitchen, did not appear at court to support her boyfriend, who was on legal aid.

Richardson, of Fallbrook Drive, West Derby, Liverpool, pleaded guilty to threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour and was fined £70 with £50 costs.

The former sunbed salesman was on double yellow lines in the Old Swan district of Liverpool on August 2 when he was seen by a special constable and a WPC.

"In the front passenger seat of the vehicle she saw a female whom she knows to be Jennifer Ellison," Vincent Yip,, prosecuting, told the court.

"The male was immediately extremely aggressive and confrontational towards the officers," Mr Yip said..

The officers wanted to conduct a "routine stop and check" but when asked to turn the engine off and get out Richardson began screaming at officers, the court heard.

The officer requested Richardson to "calm down" but,, Richardson, "waving his arms" replied, "Yes, I'm f-----g sick of this. I'm getting harassed by you lot. Haven't you lot got anything better to do?" Richardson "refused to remain still, violently waving his arms as he shouted at the officers", the court was told.

He was warned about his behaviour as young children and elderly women, "looked on in horror", but Richardson continued, telling officers, "go on, lock me up".
