JOHNNY Vegas delighted St Helens rugby fans when he turned out for his heroes last night. Vegas put in a cameo appearance for his beloved Saints towards the end of Keiron Cunningham's testimonial match against Hull RLFC. Around 6,000 spectators applauded loudly as the St Helens funnyman ran out at Knowsley Road. And they went wild when Vegas nearly scored a sensational try. Story continues ADVERTISEMENT The match ended in a 28-18 win for Saints. What surprised Johnny most was that he passed the compulsory fitness test before being allowed to play.
