I do feel it should stay where it is. I lived near Springfield Park up until 20 years ago and it wasn't fully used then so I doubt if it's used anymore now. I'm still trying to work out how residents say it's a shelter for them from the Rocket Motorway. I live nearer to the motorway than they do and it doesn't affect me. I do hope you win this and we keep Alder Hey in Liverpool. Barbara Fairclough, Liverpool 25. Please don't let us lose Alder Hey, it's part of our heritage. So many of us are in debt to it and I for one are proud to say Alder Hey is in Liverpool. Fiona Lord, Prenton. We live on East Prescot Road opposite the park. We've had no letters or been asked to sign any petitions with regards to the plans. Mr McKeogh, East Prescot Road. I want to register my support for Alder Hey to stay where it is. I'm also a member of the Patient and Public Forum, a government organisation and they also support this site as a group. If you want written support or confirmation ring 0151 280 8841 and they will organise something for you. Margaret Cassidy, Walton. I have now moved and live on the Wirral but I used to live five minutes walk away from Alder Hey Hospital and I attended that beautiful hospital with my children when they were young. It's in a beautiful place in Liverpool and please may it never leave. Mrs Greenwood, Wirral. I believe Alder Hey must stay in Liverpool and be allowed to build responsibly on Springfield Park. Sharon Coby, Norris Green. We've got to keep Alder Hey in Liverpool. Ted Hall, Liverpool. I am a true Liverpool person born and bred and I say that Alder Hey should be allowed to build on the park outside their building and not move out of Liverpool. My great grandson had wonderful treatment at that hospital for six months and I would not like to see it move anywhere else. Frederick Meadows, Newton-le-Willows. Alder Hey should stay in Liverpool. It belongs to the people of Liverpool. We're talking about children's lives not a bit of grass where yobbos go drinking, taking drugs and where dogs foul everywhere. Mrs S.K. Callaghan, Stockbridge Village. I believe Alder Hey should be kept in Liverpool. Maureen Lally, Litherland I have three children who've spent time in Alder Hey. My son who is 12 was attacked by a dog viciously in April this year. He spent time there and I just want to give my support. Years ago I didn't have a car and had to get taxis there and how could I do that if it was so far away. I still have a young child now who is two. Christina Jones, Anfield. Could you please do half a page in the Echo of Alder Hey Must Stay because these little coupons lots of people have missed them so if you could print a page or half a page so people can see it cos I've had a little grandson in there for 10 months and I would like Alder Hey to stay so could you please make it bigger so you can get more support and signatures.
