They may be descriptions of the place or the people, they may be famous names and landmarks. But alongside the waterfront, scouse and the Beatles, we want you to tell us about the very personal things that remind you of Liverpool.
It could be the name of a parent, the street where you grew up, a favourite teacher, your first love, a taste, sound, or even a smell that sums up this most unique of cities.
We will take your suggestions and next week a selection will be used to create the numbers 2008 for a poster.
