MIKE McCartney, brother of Sir Paul McCartney, arrived at court this afternoon accused of groping a teenage waitress on the bottom.
Mr McCartney, 61, appeared before Chester Crown Court charged with sexual touching following an alleged incident at a pub in Wirral, in September 2004.
The photographer and former member of 1960s band The Scaffold, denies the allegation. Sir Paul has vowed to stand by his brother and issued a statement saying he was looking forward to him clearing his name in court.
