No sign of Angel's mother

HOPES of finding a mother who abandoned her four-month-old baby in a Liverpool park are fading. Police officers patrolled Stanley Park in Anfield on Saturday where Angel was found last week by a man walking his dog. But Merseyside Police said the operation, designed to jog memories, had drawn a blank. Concern is growing for the safety and well-being of the mother who experts say will have been in turmoil since abandoning her baby. It is not known if she comes from Liverpool, although it appears she had some knowledge of the park.
