Three Liverpool men in their mid-30s have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and bailed for further inquiries.
The cameras, part of the £6m City Watch scheme, film for 24 hours a day and are linked to a central control room.
Blacks supervisor Chris Parkinson said: "The area is well covered with cameras and there is actually one right opposite the window that was broken into.
"We've got all the clothing back and it's good to know that even our friends in the USA are keeping an eye over things for us."
