Big Dig update: W/e May 4

MAIN points this week include: Resurfacing work beginning on Lime Street northbound on Sunday, April 29 for three nights and southbound from Tuesday, May 8 for three nights. There are National Grid works along Prescot Road between Shiel Road and Elm Vale for the next two weeks which could cause delays. There are United Utilities works along Queens Drive between Menlove Avenue and Woolton Road until the beginning of June which could cause delays at off-peak times. A 28 day notice of closures in the Queensway Mersey Tunnel (Birkenhead tunnel) has been issued for May.
