It's time Bulgaria accepted it's blame over Michael Shields

BULGARIA has a “moral duty” to prove it is beating corruption by reviewing Michael Shields’ conviction, according to a Euro MP.
Arlene McCarthy insisted the Eastern European nation should review the Shields case when she addressed the EU parliament in Strasbourg yesterday.
Mrs McCarthy also called for the parliament to contact Bulgarian authorities immediately.
