MICHAEL Shields today demanded apologies from the people who kept him behind bars for a crime he did not commit.
The 22-year-old Reds fan insisted he wants the Bulgarian authorities to say sorry for wrongly convicting him of the attack on waiter Martin Georgiev in 2005.
He also wants the British Government to formally apologise for keeping a man now declared "morally and technically innocent" behind bars in his own country.
