Springfield, with two from Sam Cassidy, kept up the pressure at the top with an easy 6-1 win at The Pear Tree, who had Yinka on target once again. The game between AC Croxteth and Aclass Cleaning only lacked goals but Versatile didn’t have any trouble beating Arriva Bus 5-0. Tavener, Morgan, Rostron, Coyle and Southart grabbed the goals. Double strikes from Ste Aimond and Dean Walsh gave Greystone the edge 4-2 at Linton and W Carroll Roofing had a seven goal thriller going their way with Turney and Hope sharing the goals in a 4-3 win against STL.
