Competition for places at St Helens is as fierce as ever due to their burgeoning youth academy which has seen five youngsters handed Super League debuts this year.
But Moore would not look out of place there on the evidence of his performances for Huddersfield this season.
The Giants finished third bottom last term but they have been a side transformed since Brown arrived during the close-season with ambition coursing through his veins.
The 36-year-old Australian has sent energy and desire flooding through his players and a top-three finish looks well within their capabilities.
The Giants have won their last six outings and Moore continued: “It’s been brilliant for me at Huddersfield this season under Browny.
“Yes, it’s obviously very competitive at Saints but I’m going back there next year to find a spot in the team and keep it.
“I don’t think they know what Robes’ best position is – he’s a freak and is just an awesome player wherever he plays.
“Hopefully if Keiron stays for another year I can learn from playing with him and try and establish myself in the side.
“I’ve spoken to Keiron a few times during the year and I don’t think he’s decided what he’s doing yet. But he’s a legend in his own right and can do what he wants after everything he’s achieved in the game.”
