WATERLOO lost to Harrogate in a National League Two North game played at blistering pace bordering at times on the frenetic.
Pressure from the Yorkshiremen eventually told as Mike Aspinall broke through the Waterloo defence to put Danny McGee over in the corner. Aspinall added the conversion.
From the five-metre scrum Simon Davies powered his way over for the second and again Aspinall was successful with the conversion.
Waterloo bounced back with a superb solo effort from James Gee, who cut through the Harrogate defence.
The pace in the second half continued. Harrogate moving further ahead after a switch move involving Aspinall and Bottomley with Smithies again creating the extra man to get Harris over.
