IRELAND captain Brian O'Driscoll is confident he will be fit for the Six Nations match against France at Lansdowne Road tomorrow week.
But after being left a frustrated spectator for tomorrow's tsunami fund-raiser at Twickenham, he said: "It's not too serious."
He revealed that he suffered a double injury in a crunching tackle by centre Jamie Noon in last Sunday's 19-13 victory over England at Lansdowne Road - Ireland's third victory from three matches this year.
"That boy really hits hard," said O'Driscoll, who battled on to score the try which gave Ireland victory. "I was really sore the following morning.
"It was a dead leg and a stinger on the elbow from his hit."
But O'Driscoll insists his Twickenham absence is "just a precaution", adding: "I'm disappointed. I really wanted to play in this big game for such a worthwhile cause."
