Day one of the Cheltenham Festival is set to go ahead today, although the first race will be delayed by 35 minutes.
A bitter night forced officials to announce a 10.30am inspection, with a few frozen areas on the Prestbury Park circuit.
But the hurdles and chase courses have been passed fit, although there will be a further inspection of the cross-country course at 2.15pm and, providing it goes ahead, it will be run as the last race on the card at 5.45pm.
