Emoluments or payments made last season to Tranmere three directors (Rogers, chief executive Mick Horton and company secretary Richard Hughes) were £147,000. Hughes was reappointed as a director of Tranmere in October 2005.
The report shows Tranmere have debts in loans and accruals to controlling shareholder Peter Johnson of just over £5.6m, slightly down on the previous year.
Rovers announced during the current season plans to build a new training facility on the Wirral, linked to the sale of the youth training pitches at Ingleborough Road for housing development.
However, the Ingleborough project, while backed by a majority of local residents, must first clear difficult planning hurdles.
Shareholders will also have the chance to quiz manager Ronnie Moore about the performance of the team this season.
Tranmere’s challenge for promotion fell away in the second half of the campaign and a play-off place is out of reach with two games remaining.
