The Goat is said to be the most mild mannered of all of the animal signs in the Chinese zodiac - and as such, can often be prone to edginess.
People born under the sign of the goat often avoid confrontation whenever they can - much preferring a quiet, stress-free life.
This is not to say that the goat is a push-over, in fact not taking sides may often be beneficial at times. But this may also be seen as a lack of support for others, thus the coming year may well be an unsettling time for many.
This sense of unsettlement is often intensified by the Goat's rather unfortunate habit of using it's unthinkingly sharp tongue when flustered - although this is hardly ever used in spite, and more in thoughtlessness.
The year of the Goat is a time for thinking carefully about how you speak to others, less you be judged wrongly, or your intensions misunderstood.
It would be wise to dwell on this in order to avoid confusion and conflict.
