LIVERPOOL co-owners George Gillett and Tom Hicks are preparing to dilute their power base at Anfield in an attempt to pump fresh investment into the club.
The American duo yesterday admitted publicly for the first time they are seeking outside suitors to provide a cash injection.
But they have firmly distanced themselves from claims by Saudi Prince Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdullah al-Saud that he is already on the verge of taking a 50% stake in the club.
