The couple have already had a small, family-only ceremony in America to make sure the wedding is legally binding.
But they will also make their vows outside the gates of the children's home in Beacon-sfield Road, Allerton, on August 29.
The Fab Five's guitarist Charlie Kraebel, an ordained minister, will administer the vows and guests will be transported to the site by Cavern City Tours.
The tribute band will perform seven sets at various venues over the Mathew Street festival weekend including the Cavern Club, Cavern Pub and at the International Beatle Week convention at the Adelphi.
The band will also back former Hollies star Terry Sylvester, and Joey Molland of Badfinger
