Q: Do businesses have to have a licence to show videos on their premises? I advise a children's nursery who have been approached by MPLA (MotionPicture Licensing Company) for £65 for an umbrella licence for her to show videos to children at her nursery.

Q: I want to be able to start my own internet business. Firstly I have spoke to people in the business of hosting and design of web pages. Is there anyone who I can speak to who deals with contracts with myself and a potential customer, taking into account the service I offer is totally web based.
