* REMEMBER to include the relevant keywords in the subject line of your email - offer,, taken, wanted, received.
* Do not make any wanted requests to the lists before you have made a valid offer.
* Give as much detail about items as possible, eg dimensions, colour. Where possible, include a photo.
* Make sure you include your rough location in your message. This can be as general as "town centre" or as specific as your postcode or the name of your road.
* Make sure that, where relevant, if you've made an offer, you post a follow up taken with "wanteds" then send a "received".
