With the event set to take place next Saturday it has long since sold out its ticket allocation.
Health and safety fears about overcrowding have led to a last-minute venue change from Liverpool's Carling Academy to the Isis superclub on the East Lancs and the golden tickets to the party are appearing on eBay at more than twice their face value.
"I'm absolutely overwhelmed," says 35-year-old Ian, from Huyton. "I thought maybe I'll get 1,000 people in the Academy if I'm lucky. I can't believe it. I've created a monster!"
As well as original Quad jocks Andy Carroll, Mike Knowler and John Kelly, Ian has secured live act NJoi - who performed at the Quad back in the day - to sing their huge classic Anthem at the reunion.
It is set to be a night to remember for fans and an experience for those too young first time around.
Adds Ian: "This party has touched people who have not been clubbing for 10 or 12 years who have kids but say they have to go to it.
"Even if it never happens again we just want to do it one more time. It's going to be phenomenal. Those people who have got tickets are very lucky."
* THE Quadrant Park Reunion, Saturday March 11, at Club Isis. Doors now open 9pm to 2.30am. Original Carling Academy tickets are valid. No payment on the door so if you are without a ticket, stay away.
